Job Description
- Maintains files for all correspondence and documentation produced in both digital and printed format.
- Manages to die design basics (hollow or solid/ number of cavities and etc..) and the distribution of sub-tasks to the juniors.
- Follows up on die progress and receives it after the final stage of manufacturing.
- Creates a detailed drawing for the first stage in the process of sawing and lathing.
- Monitors and creates qualified feedback on the process parameters.
- Receives and inspects the dies after manufacturing internally or/and externally.
- Works as a co-responsible for releasing the new die for use in mass-production.
- Sends a monthly report to the Costing Section for the general resources BOM (bill of material) used in dies.
- Executes designs within product specification guidelines for form, fit, function, quality, produce-ability.
- Works under specified schedule efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Graduates of Mechanical Design Engineering from a reputable University.
- 0-1 year of experience as a Design Engineer.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
- Good knowledge of using Solid works and any other related design programs.
- Very good command of English language (spoken and written).
- Perfect personal behavior.
- Flexible personality.
- Residents of Giza & 6th of October city are preferable.
