Job Description
- We are looking for a Tour Leader with great enthusiasm for traveling.
- Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner
- Act as a liaison between the office and the field staff (drivers, guides and freelancers)
- Meeting guests at the airport
- Accompanying customers on excursions when needed
- Handel promoted holidays and travel options, working with hotels, airlines and other transport companies for ground travel, in order to execute the arrangements.
- Provide customers with advice about travel inquiries
- Designing travel packages to all over the world
- Handling outgoing packages from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc.
- Arranging Tailor Made / Fixed Outbound Packages.
- Good user of GTA, DOTW, OTB systems
- Final presentation for clients to give them all the details regarding the destinations they will be visiting.
- Get aware and involved in all departments (honeymoon, family tourism, reservations, sales & Marketing).
- Hold regular meetings with the team to strengthen communication & ensure that the same objectives are shared among all
- Make sure that tour operators & Reps info. is up-to-date using briefings & breaking news utilities
- Handle the sudden circumstances of clients.
Job Requirements
- Willing to start at the soonest.
- Basic Knowledge for Visa Assistance.
- A demonstrable interest in travel

- Have traveled around Egypt and aware of main attractive cities
- Hotel system knowledge is preferred
