Job Description
we are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and iPad. Your primary focus will be the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform
- Modify and maintain legacy projects
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Upload the builds to TestFlight.
Job Requirements
Skills
- Understand Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies to enhance the application functionality
- Writing clean code
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Strong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa, Xcode, HTML, XML and JSON
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with offline storage, threading
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
