Job Description

Activities :

  • Sale executive mainly sets goals on how to reach specific sale target through reaching clients while maintaining long customer relationship , in addition analyzing sale report , preparing budgets and sale forecasts , and preparing proposal after gathering customer information and lastly preparing and signing contracts with the clients

Overall job Duties:

  • Understanding and being aware of market field that an individual is positioned in , in order to identify competitors in the same sector and their potential partner to be able to negotiate based on the knowledge a sale executive have and respond to objection
  • Building strong customer relationship through reaching prospects (clients) , Gathering data and information , and setting Meeting date that fits both the client and the salesperson through phone and E-Mails , and recommending solutions customers regarding the service that would fit him/her more .
  • Actively seeking for new sale opportunities through other technological areas such as social media such as Facebook or twitter in order to fit with the other technological changes and attract more prospects which will be measured through the sale target settled by the Ceo .while Suggesting, designing and implementing priority changes in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction with the managed solution through out the company
  • Negotiate with customer regarding issues such as price and way of payment , while handling customer complaints and objections into consideration , and finally reaching the contract stage where sale executive finalize contract.
  • Coordinate sale effort with team members and other department through gathering data about buyers buying behavior and based on it improve service offered and improve features through continuously gathering a feedback from clients .
  • Understanding Mazboot Business field from a technical and medical aspect to be able to elaborate and convince the customer and fulfill customer needs to meet customer expectation of the service offered by Mazboot as a high quality service that Fits mainly A and B class customers.

  • Have a sales diploma from certified colleges such as Auc , Bue , Guc or CIC.

Relevant Experience:

  • Worked at least 2 year in sale
  • Acting as a customer service or telesales for other service recommendation.

Special Requirements:

  • Aware of the Medical field and IT technical filed which will help in elaborating more of the app
  • Having English as second language
