Job Description
- Answer all calls. Give accurate and complete answers to the questions of the subscribers. In conversation with the caller be polite, not to engage in dispute.
- Registration of all information in the system.
- Answer all emails. Provide clients with full information and in time
- Insert departure questionnaires in TEZ CRM (Operators in SSH & HRG).
- Create and send bulk SMS or email.
- Monitor all travel reviews on websites and forums on the Internet (Operators in SSH & HRG).
- Reporting to TOP management of the Company concerning any emergency situation.
- Data base updating.
- Monitor FB page and WatsApp.
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 0.5 and more.
- Experienced with: Guest relation or reception agent or Telephone operator.
- Courses Required: Guest service.
- Languages: Cairo ICC- Arabic&English.
- Skills: Previous experience using MS programs such as Word and Excel; excellent communication skills in English; active, responsible and attentive to details.
