Job Description

Job Summary,

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to the Business Development manager, assisting in daily office needs and managing The Business Development Department's general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists when required.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent English language
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience of 1 to 3 years as Administrative Assistant.
  • Males only can apply
