Job Description
KIT Consulting is looking for an inside sales specialist who should be handling lead generation, company introduction, and lead qualifications.
Inside sales specialist will also handle processing orders, from quote preparation, follow-up, negotiation, closing, to placing the order and oversee delivery.
The inside sales specialist will perform the following tasks:
- Contact potential or existing customers orienting them about current products and services
- Attend to questions and inquiries about the company's products and services
- Attend to any questions to understand customer requirements and qualify the lead
- Direct qualified leads to the field sales team if required
- Update, maintain, and grow the CRM with customers' information
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep organized records of calls, and customer's inquiries
Job Requirements
The inside sales specialist should have the following:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
