Job Description
- Direct the operational teams (production, quality and installation) and set plans to fulfill sales demand with the minimum total cost, by improving productivity and quality
- Provide the needed information for the cost controller to measure the total cost (total inventory cost + conversion cost + cost of quality)
- Setting KPIs for every operational function and monitoring their performance on a weekly basis
- Report the performance of operations to general manager on a monthly basis
- Perform cross evaluation for operations staff every six months, accordingly send development and hiring requirements to HR department
- Maintain the application of Technical office standards
- Communicate the production & installation problems with technical office to review existing products design and release new revisions
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven work Experience in home furniture industry (+5 years)
- Good knowledge regarding operations and quality management/ improvement
- Good knowledge regarding basic financial concepts (a plus)
- Have good managerial and leadership skills
- Time management and Multi-tasking skills
