Job Description
- Track and distribute controlled documents, using approved procedures, format and distribution lists.
- Coordinate and administer the distribution of all incoming and outgoing information.
- Screen all incoming and outgoing documents for submission.
- Route various documents to different Engineers for proper handling.
- File and maintain documents in permanent document archive.
- Prepare document searches as requested by authorized personnel.
- Maintain documented information into the log and ensure that inserted information is accurate and up to date.
- Control the various document control reports as required.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents (ex. the issued for pricing & issued for construction).
- Maintain the files and control logs as required
- Print the different documents as required.
- Draft letters and reports as required.
- Distribute internally all records (ex. the issued for pricing & issued for construction) documents received from different parties.
- Coordinate messenger deliveries.
- Carry out additional duties as allocated by the direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Document Management field.
- Previous experience in construction sites/projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, EDMS.
- Basic Experience of AutoCAD (mainly printing).
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
