Job Description
We are looking to hire .NET Technical Manager for a well-established startup Jordan Company, they're currently establishing a new branch in Egypt, El Maadi to carry on software development activities which allow people to read Arabic books on their mobile and engage with bookworms using social networking features.
- Ensure that accumulated team knowledge is accessible at all times
- Facilitate people conflicts positively
- Members through Sprints
- Manage release checklists and schedules
- Weekly report and communicate progress to management
- Managing tight deadlines efficiently
- Set proper KPIs and continuously measure and monitor them
- Manage different type of team roles: Web dev, Cloud DevOps, Mobile Dev, QA and UX
- Encourage and inspire your team members to excel both individually and as cohesive team
People Management
- Sourcing, filtering CVs, conducting interviews and recruitment a cross-functional
- software development team
- Day to day management of the team
- Set proper KPIs and continuously measure and monitor them
- Create an attractive culture for all team members the entices creativity, productivity
- and ownership
- Measure team and individual performance to conduct annual appraisals
- Technically coach team members on how to improve their knowledge and experience
