Job Description
- Responsible for Security Systems Technical Support (Security Systems include: Access Control, IP CCTV, Physical Security and Total Security Management).
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Job Requirements
- B.SC. In Communications or Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field or similar to the one that he will be handling.
- Hard worker.
- Team work oriented.
- Leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be a handy person.
- Excellent Computer Skills Especially In Office Package and AutoCAD.
- Access Control Experience.
