Job Description

  • Responsible for Security Systems Technical Support (Security Systems include: Access Control, IP CCTV, Physical Security and Total Security Management).
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • B.SC. In Communications or Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institute.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field or similar to the one that he will be handling.
  • Hard worker.
  • Team work oriented.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must be a handy person.
  • Excellent Computer Skills Especially In Office Package and AutoCAD.
  • Access Control Experience.
  • CCTV Experience.
  • AutoCAD.
  • MS Office.
