Job Description
- Manages the daily cleaning activities of the Housekeeping team members, including the day, event and post-event crews.
- Manages and controls the housekeeping budget, supplies inventory; takes charge of making re-orders when stocks reach critical re-order levels.
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangement for their repair and/ or replacement when damaged.
- Conducts pre-opening and pre-event inspections to ensure that the mall and its outside premises are thoroughly cleaned according to standards.
- Prepares the required reports and performs other duties/ responsibilities that are assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent training
- Experience in janitorial work or hotel housekeeping work
- Hands-on knowledge in the operation of cleaning equipment.
- Working knowhow of coaching and motivation
- Hardworking and reliable
