- Implement programs at work that connect employees and business goals. Support HR manager and other leadership to establish Job descriptions, job evaluation
- Creating and updating Org. charts Implement and support Performance Appraisals (make presentations and workshops for PA to different groups in organization)
- Administrating intranet regularly
- Compliance Support HR manager in implementing and updating policies, procedures, regulations Resolve conflicts within groups Help employees create project timelines and deadlines
