Job Description

  • Implement programs at work that connect employees and business goals. Support HR manager and other leadership to establish Job descriptions, job evaluation
  • Creating and updating Org. charts Implement and support Performance Appraisals (make presentations and workshops for PA to different groups in organization)
  • Administrating intranet regularly
  • Compliance Support HR manager in implementing and updating policies, procedures, regulations Resolve conflicts within groups Help employees create project timelines and deadlines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Self Motivated.
  • Positive and result oriented.
  • Ability to cultivate professional relationships.
  • Advanced written and oral communication.
