Job Description
AIMS International Egypt has an opening for a newly created position of Business Development Manager. The focus of the position is to widen the exposure of AIMS in the local and GCC markets as a premier executive search and consulting firm in the Middle East.
Specifically, you will:
- Maintain and develop client relations for current and future business.
- Generate new client relations through networking activities, sponsorships, exhibitions, and events.
- Work closely with our operations team to understand and support the activities of the executive search and consulting operations.
- Identify, negotiate and conclude business contracts with clients.
- Own the agreed and actual budget for both service lines and take necessary action to maintain targets.

Job Requirements
We expect that you have:
- A university degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business/Management.
- Minimum five years experience in sales/business development environment preferably in the service sector.
- A proven personal success record in terms of business generated.
- Very good English spoken and written and high communications and negotiation skills.
- A standard of IT skills necessary to make and adapt company presentations.
