Job Description

AIMS International Egypt has an opening for a newly created position of Business Development Manager. The focus of the position is to widen the exposure of AIMS in the local and GCC markets as a premier executive search and consulting firm in the Middle East.

Specifically, you will:

  • Maintain and develop client relations for current and future business.
  • Generate new client relations through networking activities, sponsorships, exhibitions, and events.
  • Work closely with our operations team to understand and support the activities of the executive search and consulting operations.
  • Identify, negotiate and conclude business contracts with clients.
  • Own the agreed and actual budget for both service lines and take necessary action to maintain targets.

Job Requirements

We expect that you have:

  • A university degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business/Management.
  • Minimum five years experience in sales/business development environment preferably in the service sector.
  • A proven personal success record in terms of business generated.
  • Very good English spoken and written and high communications and negotiation skills.
  • A standard of IT skills necessary to make and adapt company presentations.
