Job Description

Daily follow up with all Facebook pages

  • Check that all Facebook pages comments & messages have been replied.
  • There is no bad comments or complaints has no reply

Aqarmap:

  • Daily follow up with all E-mails for all projects, check that the new mobile no’s inserted into CRM system
  • send the existed clients mobile no’s to sales to re-follow with

Google sheets:

  • Check Data Entry G. Sheet if new/Exists leads
  • Check IWebalize G. Sheet if new/Exists leads
  • Check Property finder G. Sheet if new/Exists leads

Answer machine

  • Check with Pre-sales agents recording client details and deleting the history after saving them

Reports

  • Send a daily report for all received new calls either residential or commercial to Eng. Emad, CC all marketing dept. and Sales Admin and Sales team leaders
  • Send a monthly report
  • Send weekly Calls Monitoring report
  • Send weekly organic posts report
  • Send weekly Customer Satisfaction report

Old leads

  • Extract old leads already exists on CRM and assigned them to all Pre-sales agents to call them and inform them by our projects

Customer Satisfaction Report

  • Call the customers on CRM to check with them that the sales agent already called them within a short time and if they request another following or if they have any comments and send it to Sales team leaders, cc: board, sales admin, HR manager

Calls Monitoring

  • Daily monitor each pre-sales agent to upgrade their calls quality.

Digital Marketing

  • Add organic post to on the Facebook groups and the free listings websites.

Get the right & updated info

  • Contacting periodically with sales, marketing departments to always get the right and updated projects info.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the same field
  • Experience in Real Estate Field is preferable
  • Strong Leadership & Coaching Skills
  • Very Organized
