Head of Costing - Food Manufacturer F&B

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates of new or special products for establishing selling prices and production forecasts.
• Inventory accountability, distribution of factory labor, verification of actual costs and computation of variances.
• Calculate allocation rates and sets up expense budgets for manufacturing support divisions.
• Check and clears data on labor and materials costs allocation and expense items, inventory, and profit and loss adjustments.
• Distribute costs between the various divisions of manufacturing divisions and nonmanufacturing departments.
• Classify manufacturing costs into wages, material and manufacturing overhead.
