Job Description
- Responsible for searching laws, investigate facts and prepare contractual and/or legal documents to assist the Heads in their duties and communication with external parties in addition to keeping official group records and executes legal policies and procedures.
- Represents Group in litigation, court and other legal proceedings, or delegates to appropriate assistants for follow-up as per Group Management decisions.
- Prepares legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by attorney, and/or Division Heads.
Job Requirements
- Law Degree or equivalent education
- Min 10 years of related experience and/or exposure and training in similar function and industry
- Strong Knowledge based and technical skills in legal affairs and proceedings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
