Job Description
- Verification and making independent valuations of all projects’ related payments and invoices received from subcontractors.
- Check & review contracts’ Variation Orders (VOs) and ensure all variations are justified and approved.
- Review Purchase Orders to ensure conformity with budgeted quantities.
- Review progress invoices prior to submission to client.
- Create detailed breakdown of BOQ pay items
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/B.E in Civil Engineering with 5-10 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Engineering Department.
- The ideal candidate should have knowledge in technical specifications and interpretation of drawings, taking-off quantities, floating inquiries, follow-up and evaluation of quotations, preparing comparative statements, rate analysis and activities breakdown.
