As a Supply Chain Agro Supervisor you will be mainly responsible for leading potato seeds production system based on the most advanced agricultural technology and cold stores operations to ensure seeds high quality, low losses and on time seeds preparation for planting, this will require the following:

• Design and execute the annual seeds production plan in his/her agro zone.
• Design new Front Line (FL) varieties agronomy best practices recommendations according to FL varieties performance in seeds production fields.
• Design and execute the plan of new FL varieties protection trials and annual agro equipment requirements in cooperation with the official authorities to ensure exclusive use for CFI in Egypt.
• Design and execute seeds transportation plan in cooperation with the agro supply chain team to ensure planting and harvest plan execution schedule and avoid any impact for the planting and harvest delay on seeds yield and quality.
• Annually scanning and inspection for the available land and seeds cold store in Egypt to secure proper land with very high quality for different seeds generations planting.
• Design and execute annual fertilizing and plant protection plans with support of seeds program consultant and manage the execution to modify the programs according to the actual crop demands.
• Manage daily agricultural practices to ensure the execution schedule and efficiency.
• Handle all related SAP transactions to agro process.
