Projects Manager

For a Leading construction company located in “5th settlement”- Cairo, a “Project Manager” is needed.

• Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from beginning to end.
• Manage suppliers includes: Selection and Qualification, Contractual agreements - Commercial & Quality, Performance reviews at regular frequencies, etc.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
