As an Effective Plant Human Resources Business Partner, You will provide generalist support to your area ensuring the effective implementation and sustainment of PepsiCo HR policies, processes and practices. Along with supporting management in attaining a positive and productive work environment that allows company growth and simultaneously acting consistent with PepsiCo values, through the following:

  • Carry out communication policies to establish a proper flow of information at all levels of the organization
  • Execute Compensation and Benefits programs that meet Market Unit needs and are aligned with and in compliance with legal PepsiCo standards.
  • Implement salary policy ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • You will provide on-time and accurate personnel administration to meet employee needs, PepsiCo requirements, legal compliance and safety legislation.
  • Ensure people hiring, on-boarding, salary payments, giving feedback and developing in a timely manner.
  • Coach Annual Operating Plan (AOP) linked objective setting process to align individual performance to business outcome.
  • Ensure effective labor relations by implementing a strategy to grow the business without unreasonable constraints.
  • Ensure excellent implementation of people systems.
  • You will be an advocate for PepsiCo values ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and respected.
  • Facilitate a positive, productive and safe work environment.
  • Foster trust and teamwork within your area.
  • You will support training needs across all levels.
  • Deliver Organizational Health Survey (OHS) action plans, analyze results and develop tailored action plans.
  • Provide full support to meet the needs of the employees.
  • Act as policy and employee relations Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all team members.
  • Execute the internal communications process and recognition programs
  • Coach others to execute the implementation and sustainment of the current HR tools.
  • Leverage communication systems to drive team effectiveness.
  • Build Managers/staff capabilities through developing action plans and coaching.
  • Assist in developing the manpower planning & developing plans.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

You should be demonstrating the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration/ Commerce or any relevant discipline with minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • A proven and diverse HR experience preferably within FMCG background is required.
  • Strong business acumen and good numbers sense.
  • Innovator and has high drive for results
  • Strong management, leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
