Job Description

  • Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes by ( job posting , screening CVs , make phone interviews & update personal information
  • Assisting with new employee hiring process
  • Responsible for personnel-related data ( attendance ,social insurance, annual
  • Leave, Medical Insurance, Resignation , Employee Benefits , Overtime
  • Calculation and Document for Employee .
  • Perform orientations with new hires
  • Schedule meeting , interviews ,HR events
  • File all new hires documents, applications, offer letters & staff requests

Job Requirements

  • Suitable bachelor degree
  • Experience from 0 to 1 year
  • Language : English very good writing and speaking
  • Cairo residence only can apply prefer near to Heliopolis
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Very good communication skills
