Job Description
- Inspect incoming materials from suppliers and confirm its quality matching with project specification, shop drawing and approved material submittal.
- Monitor incoming material handling and storing processes to ensure its safety.
- Conduct or supervise tests on materials and/or finished products to ensure its quality compliance.
- Monitor, follow-up, and inspect the construction processes to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, project specification and relevant standards
- Coordinate with site laboratory technicians for field testing.
- Liaise and coordinate with RME’s site engineers for the inspection.
- Report the subcontractors’ performance by performing visual inspections on their deliverables.
- Report, daily, or weekly to the quality manager or quality team leader the status of inspections.
- Coordinate and report to the quality manager or the quality team leader any status of non-conformance.
- To be familiar with project specification, standard and codes.
- Familiar with and to follow up the corporate quality management system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-12 years of relevant experience.
