Job Description

  • We work on developing AI driven solution.
  • The platform can run on websites, apps, and desktop applications.
  • We're looking for a customer success engineer who is willing to travel abroad to client sites.
  • You'll be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
  • Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Will be required to work full-time from our office in The Greek Campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as both the Domain Expert and product Super User for the customer.
  • Be on the lookout to spot and identify and/or up-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate the customers’ needs/issues internally, across departments.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to identify, drive and prioritize improvements in product offerings, processes, systems and tools.
  • Helping to resolve complex support issues in a timely manner with high customer satisfaction
  • Escalation as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other options as needed
  • Assessing customers’ risks and needs to make sound recommendations to proactively address
  • Managing the delivery of recommended/agreed-upon services to achieve high customer trust

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in a technical support role.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, as you will be required to interact with cross-functional team members throughout the company to advocate for customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy. Strong technical enterprise-level computer software background supporting customers in a SAAS environment
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders
  • Good UX experience.
  • Strong client-facing experience.
  • Written and verbal skills.
  • Experience on software development teams with an understanding of software development and software quality disciplines
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles
  • In depth working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • (Willing to travel abroad to client sites)
