Job Description

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Females only.
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience .
  • Good command English.
  • Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Professional attitude and Appearance.
  • Preference for Giza or 6 October City residents.
  • Age ( 25 - 35 ) years
