Job Description:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales / Customer Service specialist with excellent Communication skills who will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She\he must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer inquiries and handling collection calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer inquiries , Tele-sales and collection.
  • Generating appointments / qualified leads through cold calling with a wide range of small businesses.
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to drive incremental revenue.
  • Persuading potential customers to purchase the company products.
  • Contacting merchant’s prospective opportunities through outbound work.
  • Developing a pipeline of merchant interest and prospects.
  • Delivering a level of service that creates a significant difference.
  • Delivering solutions to both merchants and the internal Business Development team.

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of Computer technologies and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • International Call center experience will be an added advantage
