Job Description
- Scans, images, organizes and maintains documents according to Integrated Management System (MICROSOFT CRM ) standards to keep documenting system updated.
- Uploads up-to-date procedures and forms to Internal portal to ensure validity of (MICROSOFT CRM ).
- Administers archiving inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule to keep compliance with (MICROSOFT CRM ) requirements.
- Receives and processes document change requests from all departments and ensures required approvals by (MICROSOFT CRM ) officers before usage to comply with (MICROSOFT CRM ) requirements.
- Identifies, eliminates and disposes obsolete documents and forms by following Quality Management System (QMS) Control of Documents and Control of Records requirements to avoid misuse of outdated documents or forms.
- Plans and conducts Internal Audits for all (MICROSOFT CRM ) to guarantee sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Reports nonconformities to utilizing standard nonconformity reports to take necessary corrective and preventive actions.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in a quality management system document control.
- Ability to communicate with variety of cross-functional team members.
- Proven Quality Management System Audit skills.
- Ability to conduct audits.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good written and verbal presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Very good user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
