Job Description
- Maintain Vendor/Trade Partner pricing and bids in the purchasing system
- Manage Vendor/Trade Partner contracts and insurance database
- Set up new vendors
- Place extra orders for Builders with Vendors/Trade Partners
- Coordinate Vendor deliveries
- Interface effectively with construction field supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and management
- Resolve invoice issues with Vendors/Trade Partners
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as necessary
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-year Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Be detail oriented
- Ability to work efficiently and competently with numerous interruptions
- Efficient and effective follow-up and organization skills
- Successful task management skills to work on multiple ongoing priorities
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
