Job Description

  • Maintain Vendor/Trade Partner pricing and bids in the purchasing system
  • Manage Vendor/Trade Partner contracts and insurance database
  • Set up new vendors
  • Place extra orders for Builders with Vendors/Trade Partners
  • Coordinate Vendor deliveries
  • Interface effectively with construction field supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and management
  • Resolve invoice issues with Vendors/Trade Partners
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year Experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be detail oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently and competently with numerous interruptions
  • Efficient and effective follow-up and organization skills
  • Successful task management skills to work on multiple ongoing priorities
  • Great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
