Job Description

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and other department documents.
  • Scheduling & Organizing meetings and appointments for Top Management.
  • Guides and welcomes guests as well as responds to phone inquiries and forwards calls to employees.
  • Keeps company keys in safekeeping
  • Dealing with incoming email and correspondences, on behalf of Top Management;
  • Forwards any documents or mail received to the company
  • Keeps all company records confidential of all information sent to and received from top management.
  • Assists in all writing material required by top management in English or Arabic.
  • Organizes and orders stationary and office supplies.
  • Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs to staff.
  • Responsible for all office admin work & quality assurance.
  • Help in the recruitment Activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Gender: Female
  • Good Looking
  • 25-30 Years Is Required
  • 3+ Years Experience
  • Live in New Cairo Area
  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
