Job Description
- Prepares correspondence, reports, and other department documents.
- Scheduling & Organizing meetings and appointments for Top Management.
- Guides and welcomes guests as well as responds to phone inquiries and forwards calls to employees.
- Keeps company keys in safekeeping
- Dealing with incoming email and correspondences, on behalf of Top Management;
- Forwards any documents or mail received to the company
- Keeps all company records confidential of all information sent to and received from top management.
- Assists in all writing material required by top management in English or Arabic.
- Organizes and orders stationary and office supplies.
- Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs to staff.
- Responsible for all office admin work & quality assurance.
- Help in the recruitment Activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Gender: Female
- Good Looking
- 25-30 Years Is Required
- 3+ Years Experience
- Live in New Cairo Area
- Excellent English written and spoken
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
