Job Description

  • Preparing timetables for periodic, preventive and corrective maintenance plans and supervising their implementation on all equipment and machines in coordination with the different departments, so as not to impede the process of production.
  • Periodic follow up on production lines to identify the problems of emergency.
  • Monitoring and analyzing faults, issuing corrective actions and reviewing their implementation.
  • Preparing the annual needs of the spare parts, number and all the requirements and make sure they are available through reviewing its balances in coordination with the WH department.
  • Following-up all installations and operations of any new machines or equipment and ensure the efficiency and preparation of the necessary reports.
  • Ensuring that all equipment, tools and tools are maintained probably.
  • Continuing Following-up of the work surrounding circumstances, problems and difficulties that might obstacle the smooth running of operations and advice with the necessary recommendations.
  • Preparation of all reports, statistics and analysis of data regarding maintenance work.
  • Examine all supplies and tools that are purchased in coordination with Procurement Department to ensure that they meet the required specifications.
  • Following-up Annual maintenance of transformers and distribution panels.
  • Following-up the implementation of maintenance plans and the distribution of roles to engineers and technicians and control implementation.
  • Developing the skills of the employees of the maintenance department by training and working to raise their efficiency and equip them with the necessary skills to improve the work flow.
  • Contribute to and participate in the expansion of the machines
  • Investigation and study atypical breakdown to determine the reasons and avoid occurrence
  • Responsible for the implementation of the Tasks of senior management and work as a connection link to achieve the general objectives of the company
  • Ensure work under the highest quality standards and implement the instructions of HSE
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of mechanical/Electrical
  • Have more than 10 years of experience in maintenance management in Manufacturing /Production/plastics machines
  • Special courses in management skills, especially projects' management is an asset
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills
  • Ability to lead a team and upgrade performance
  • Ability to work flexibly with daily stress
  • Experience in both electrical and mechanical assignments is a must.
  • Strong project management and people management skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Industrial / Plastic industry.
