Job Description

Sales & Marketing Accounts Manager :

The Sales Accounts Manager will be responsible for the execution of short and midterm sales programs as well as developing new markets and customers. The candidate will be responsible for meeting assigned sales goals.

This position will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term client and business partner relationships with potential and existing clients leading to sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
  • Prospect and convert leads into profitable business relationships.
  • Promote and sell company different products and portfolio .
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Assimilate the input from key internal sources to develop targeted marketing strategies and client proposals.
  • Remain constantly in tune with all aspects of clients' planning, process and operational requirements,
  • Establish and maintain constant, comprehensive, open communications with other business development and sales team members as well as with management.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings, seminars and trade shows to promote company products and services.
  • Analyzes and prepares a sales plan for converting inactive accounts
  • Maintains and keeps current customer accounts following our accounts receivable guidelines
  • Processes and replies to all customer inquiries related to product, shipping and account information
  • Prepares and maintains updated sales reports
  • Develops and executes sales strategies in order to meet sales goals

Job Requirements

Education

  • Formal qualifications in Sales , marketing and communications are highly desirable.
  • Fluent in english ( writing & speaking ) .
  • Second language is a preferable

  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker
  • Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of customer relations and marketing deliverables.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years successful sales and marketing experience .
  • Proven track record of rapidly and consistently generating sales revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-dollar deals with long sales cycles, multiple decision makers and complex requirements.
  • Experience building positive long term relationships with clients.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
