Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Master Fetchr’s existing processes and define new & optimal processes to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate Fetchr’s capabilities to the clients confidently & bridge the gap between client’s process & Fetchr’s process.
  • Understand client business requirements thoroughly & communicate them to the internal teams.
  • Get hands dirty by working with the operations team and be up to date with all the new developments & process updates.
  • Take full responsibility of the project from initiation until the operations are stable (post Go Live).
  • Help & support clients with all their queries as well as feedback on the on-going operations.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Project Management experience in extremely agile work environments.
  • Logistics and supply chain management experience.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – Involves daily interaction with clients who provide million dollar annual revenue to Fetchr.
  • Excellent writing skills - Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Ability to understand complex IT systems.
  • Sharp & proactive.
  • Should be keen to work in a high pressure startup environment.
