Role and Responsibilities:
- Master Fetchr’s existing processes and define new & optimal processes to meet client expectations.
- Communicate Fetchr’s capabilities to the clients confidently & bridge the gap between client’s process & Fetchr’s process.
- Understand client business requirements thoroughly & communicate them to the internal teams.
- Get hands dirty by working with the operations team and be up to date with all the new developments & process updates.
- Take full responsibility of the project from initiation until the operations are stable (post Go Live).
- Help & support clients with all their queries as well as feedback on the on-going operations.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Project Management experience in extremely agile work environments.
- Logistics and supply chain management experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – Involves daily interaction with clients who provide million dollar annual revenue to Fetchr.
- Excellent writing skills - Proficiency in Arabic.
- Ability to understand complex IT systems.
- Sharp & proactive.
- Should be keen to work in a high pressure startup environment.
