Job Description
Responsibility
- Team Management (Product Managers), Developing skills and know how to staff within the Business Unit passing their experience, Guidance and support
- Manage channels to achieve sales quota and Distribution targets including (partner recruitment, partners developments, and marketing activities)
- Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Vendor Relation (Strategically), Assessment of existing Vendors performance addressing weak areas and planning growth in other areas.
- Annual Budget plan & drive P/L of Business Unit

- Thoroughly understand and live the sales cycle
- Thorough understanding of business plans and goals of the company.
- Ability to execute on strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 10 years' experience in Business Development ,minimum 5 years' in Senior Management
- Preferred- Products knowledge, Marketing Knowledge, previous experience with distributor.
