Job Description
- Do the everyday monitoring and sites management
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and time frame.
- Be the technical adviser at site for all subcontractors and workers giving them guidance and information.
- Prepare daily reports on site progress with pictures (whatsapp)
- Preparing a weekly report about material quantity consumption, site requirements and progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architect engineering or equivalent.
- Experience is required.
- Must have experience in high-end interior finishing.
- A car for transportation between sites is a must.
- Have good communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Manage multiple sites professionally
- Very good at using AutoCad and Microsoft office
