Job Description
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Human Resources interviews)
- Prepare job offer, contracts and hiring documents.
- Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Updating headcount in sort of hiring, resignations, and transfer on Organizational Chart and HR system database on regular basis.
- Assisting in developing, implementing, supporting, and reviewing all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assist in creating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance.
- Implementing the performance appraisal plan in regards to competencies and ratings.
- Responsible for Implementing the Learning and development and training plan regarding to the performance appraisal with respect to the allocated budget.
- Administrate the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
- Getting the company the best possible deal on an attractive benefits package.
- Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations.
Job Requirements

- HR certifications is an asset
- Experience 1 - 3 years Familiar with OD – Benefits – Recruitment
