Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and experience calls.
- Keep eyes on incoming orders and take action for flagged ones with both customers and our pharmacies.
- Follow up with customers complains to achieve satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Report low-performance pharmacies to the head of the operation team.
