Job Description
- Responsible for the entire Export process from orders receiving till dispatch by coordination with concerned parties internally and externally
- Respond to customers inquiries regarding types of shipments and provide an integrated logistic & shipping services.
- Search, plan and compose the most suitable route for a shipment
- Communicate with shipping lines or forwarding agencies to ensure responding to company clients with accurate information
- Negotiating prices and contracts for transportation and manage the handling costs or other related operations, if any.
- Prepare the documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries' regulations, in addition to preparing shipping documents compluing with the LC and obtaining banks aproval on documents before shipment.
- Create and maintain database for the operations and shipemnts and needed documents in it.
- Issue relevant invoices for each operation executed.
- Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations and complying with deadlines.
- Follow up payment settlement with all involved parties.
Job Requirements
- Engineering or Agriculture or Commercial or Business fresh or recent graduates with fluent language capabilities
