• Proficiency In 3dmax ,V-ray ,Photoshop, AutoCAD And Free Hand Sketch.
• Revit Is a Plus.
• Presentation And Communication Skills.
• Leadership And Team Management Is Must.
• Proficiency in conceptual design, schematic design, space planning and presentation are necessary and the ability to describe architectural ideas by sketching and computer modeling in necessity.
• The qualified candidate must be able to quickly and readily generate concepts in a fast paced environment.
• These position required excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written.
• He /she will use their high level technical/computer design skills to turn ideas into reality.
• Ability to work independently and in teamwork environment is a must
• Ability to communicate ideas in an efficient and inspiring way Great leadership skills to lead the design team
• Should have a good experience in the following software: Autocad-3d studio max – adobe Photoshop- adobe in-design –sketch-up. ArchiCad is an optional.
