Job Description
- Develop & manage short & long-term projects/development plans for assigned functions.
- Work closely with HRBP & function manager to tailor solution that match specific development needs identified in specified functions.
- Send RFPs & review proposals.
- Work with vendors to adapt available courses to the environment, profile and desired objectives.
- Research market trends and best practices locally and abroad.
- Maintain the existing training tracking system and issue progress reports needed by management.
- Work on the branding and artwork of events, materials, logos when needed.
- Handle the issuance of training purchase forms and process.
- Follow up with suppliers to receive all post-training documents.
- Track the training budget for the concerned departments and monitor training expenditures.
- Work on updating entries on the oracle system.
- Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.
- File suppliers documents.
- Interface and attend projects meetings with the project members from the beginning to be aligned with the projects milestones and progress.
- Design and plan training plan/sessions according to new products/services offering, and promotions including its reflections on the customer interface systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field in a corporate environment.
