Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Execute HR Strategy:
- Execute actions that support the People plan.
- Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit.
Organizational Design & Development (OD&D):
- Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles.
- Support leaders to deliver team organizational development and capability needs.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
Employee Engagement:
- Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation
HR Organizational Alignment:
- Educate the business to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.
Functional Development:
- Utilize continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiency and ways or working.
Job Requirements
Key Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in a large, matrix organization is preferred
- Familiarity with HR processes
- Personal Gravitas and Credibility to build strong professional relationships
