- To set-up a healthy accounting system (Accounts cycle)
- To create and update Accounting policies and procedures
- To implement Oracle financial solution
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in setting up an Accounts department
- Proven experience in creating and updating Accounting policies and procedures
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, train, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in retail will be a plus
