Job Description

  • Run data entry tasks
  • Entering data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
  • Deliver the compiled data to clients as instructed.
  • Help clients to understand the materials and how to use it properly.
  • Respond to emails

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (Business Administration-Accounting)
  • High level of accuracy
  • Very good user of MS package (specifically Excel)
  • Hard Worker
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail, Confidentiality.
  • English Must be good spoken and written.
  • Ability to work quickly, finishing projects accurately and on time.
  • Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
