Job Description
- Marketing the company’s product to local clients through making regular face to face presentations, discussing their needs, and how the company’s products can meet those needs.
- Building and maintaining, and strengthen effective relationships with current local customers to maximize local opportunities through regular follow-ups that respond quickly and efficiently to all their in-coming sales enquirers.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for the area.
- Exploring, and approaching new local clients to increase the local sales volumes.
- Facilitating show rounds and exhibitions with potential local clients to show them our products and facilities.
- Negotiating with local clients to convince & persuade them to execute sales; this negotiation could be done through showing products or datasheets and giving information about suitability, availability of the products and their prices.
- Responsible for preparing the quotations to customers.
- Taking orders from local clients and responsible for day to day sales enquirers and sales operations.
- Responsible for resolving problems or complaints coming from the local clients and provide win-to-win solutions that add value.
- Following up with all the company’s distributes and getting from them all concerns, comments, and feedback arising from local clients on the products.
- Setting sales targets for the sales rep., monitoring their performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Sales and industry Engineering Background).
- Strong Market Analysis Knowledge.
- Sales Process, Rules, & Techniques Knowledge.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills
- Hard working with good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- From 3-5 years of experience in insulation or bulling materials organizations.
