Job Description

  1. OD:

    1. Create job description to Assigned Department in partnership with Talent Acquisition manager to ensure that requirements are accurate and up-to-date.

    Com& Ben

    1. Responsible for Medical Insurance coverage (preparing surveys regarding Efficiency of companies, collecting proposal from different medical Companies (Renewal), follow up employees complains and resolving it, organizing claims, reviewing payment for medical companies,).
    2. Revising Payroll and attendance done by HR specialist.
    3. Administers the compensation & Benefits program; and revises as necessary.
    4. Prepare compensation analysis for recommendation in order to acquire and retain talent
    5. Ensure equality in total rewards by using job evaluations and salary structure in compliance with organization requirements

    Recruitment:

    1. Responsible of the Internal recruitment Process including (Internal movement, promotions) in term of ( Conducting CBI Interviews , Coordinate Second interviews , cascade results , giving feedback for the rejected
    2. Responsible of Mentoring the Recruitment team , giving recruitment report.

    Performance Management:

    1. Administer monthly Performance Appraisal to HR, Production and send it monthly to Department manager.

    Employee Relation

    1. Administer organization supported activities to enhance employee participation and engagement.
    2. Coordinate with talent manager to manage organization recognition and rewards program(s) to foster employee engagement and enhance employee experience.
    3. Conducts new-employee orientations (Managerial Position) and monitors career-path program
    4. Process employee status changes and life events, such as terminations, transfers, promotions, birth of a child
    5. Summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with management for exit interview.
    6. This involves receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary,
    7. Updating employees with any changes in company policy.

Job Requirements

  • BSC in any related field
  • Fluency in english is a must
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • experience in HR outsourcing company is a plus
