About the Job
- The supervising site works on a daily basis with the best resources utilization.
- Managing relationships on site with subcontractors, consultant and the project different units.
- Coordinating electromechanical works with the civil and architecture teams.
- Tender studying
- Doing basic electrical/mechanical drawings needed for site operations.
- Managing project in plumbing and firefighting & fire alarm , swimming pools, Irrigation system, wwtp & HVAC
- Mechanical installations for buildings and Utility networks.
- Management teams ( Tech. office , construction and Operation & maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar degree.
- From 10 to 15 years of experience in technical office & site supervision in Egypt or MENA/GCC.
- Experience in both electrical and mechanical assignments is a must.
- Mastering different drawing tools.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- Communication skills
- Previous experience in Industrial / Hotel Facility
- Collaborating with third parties.
