Job Description
- Answers questions from clients
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
- Get monthly and annual target
- Writing quotes and offers to customers
- Chatting with customers via online chat system
- Deal with customers via online ticket system
- Prepare official quotations and offers to customers
- Gathering new offers to current customers
- Implementation of sales management policies and operational programs
- Implementation of the approved sales policy as well as all work orders within the limits of the nature of its work
- suggesting remedial, therapeutic and preventive measures that would improve the functioning of the Department
- Perform all tasks required by the marketing and sales Team leader and the within the confines of the marketing and sales department
- Submit a weekly report to the sales team leader to indicate what has been done and what has been deferred with a statement of reason
- All of the foregoing must be in accordance with the official procedure for marketing and sales management.
- Acting like direct link between the company and clients from day one tell the delivery of the project
