Job Description
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accumulate, analyze, and process financial accounting data in order to prepare tax returns, estimated tax payments, forecasts and financial accounting estimates of tax
- Analyze account activity, reconciles accounts and makes adjusting entries from approved budgets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance.
- From 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in the accounting (preferably in Real Estate industry).
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
- Work Location: Smart Village (Transportation is provided).
