Job Description
The required Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Handle the Infrastructure / Plumbing / Fire Fighting / HVAC works.
- Study the tender documents (B.O.Q., drawings & Spec).
- Send quarries & clarifications to the owner for discrepancy in the tender documents, unclear info or missing data.
- Obtain offers for the required material.
- Do detail price analysis to reach best prices for the required items.
- Prepare the technical offer (Technical conditions, list of manufacture).
- Suggest alternatives.
- Provide data to planner for time schedule.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Mechanical Eng.
- Minimum 10 years experience and min last 3 years in price analysis & cost estimate.
- Good knowledge about the Egyptian Standards & International Standards.
- Good background about the local suppliers.
